The first time Jingo played live they were supporting Blur’s Graham Coxon and not a lot of bands have got that on their CV’s. Since then, Amazing Radio, BBC London introducing and a whole host of tastemakers have been singing their praises and rightly so.
Nothing quite compares to the joy we get when we see one of our favourite bands covering another one of our favourite bands and it comes together like some beautiful musical marriage. I mean, we’ve all seen Avril Lavigne covering Ke$ha in the Live Lounge (half joking). Anyway, hot off the heels of their album Black Messiah which blew up all over the world, D’Angelo and the Vanguard have covered the Prince classic ‘She’s Always In My Hair’ for Spotify Sessions and it’s just as good as you think it’s going to be. Earl Sweatshirt appeared on last night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, performing a snippet of recent tracks ‘AM // Radio’

So for them to not treat as importantly as I was treating it was just like – I couldn’t help but to feel a little disrespected, you know?

Years & Years have shared their new single ‘Shine’. The track, which was premiered on Annie Mac’s Radio 1 show, is taken from their highly anticipated album ‘Communion’ which is out in July.
